This Saturday night, October 31, is Halloween and our annual Trunk or Treat. We need everyone who is participating to arrive by 5:30 p.m. at Stonegate Elementary School in Raymore. We will pass out candy from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.  Good weather is predicted, and we are anticipating a large turn out of families. Please pray for this outreach.

Most of you know that because of the city’s water line repair, our church had no water on Wednesday which resulted in us having to cancel the services. Many of you were concerned about the donation of your candy for the Trunk or Treat. Yes, we still need candy!! Please drop it by the church or my house no later than noon Friday.

Also, next Sunday, November 8, is Subway Sunday. Immediately following our services until they close, the Subway across the street from the Blue Ridge Campus has offered our families a great deal. You can purchase a classic six inch sub, chips and a small drink for only $4.00.

Both of these events will be a good time of fun and fellowship for our church family. Hope you can join us.

Remember before you pillow your head Saturday night, set your clocks back one hour for Time Change Sunday and enjoy your extra hour of sleep.
